Tournament Teams |

The GVBL Tournament Team program is designed to allow the more highly skilled players from GVBL to participate in local, regional and/or national competition. A team of 8 to 12 players will be chosen at each grade level by the GVBL Tournament Team Committee to be part of these teams.
Each player participating must be a GVBL participant or player in the GVHS basketball program as well as a GVSD resident. The intention of the GVBL Tournament Teams is to improve the Great Valley School District basketball programs.
In addition it is expected that each player make their GVBL Tournament Team committment their number one priority. It is expected that if you are going to participate for a GVBL Tournament Team that you make every effort to make all practices as well as all tournament games. If a player plans to play for multiple teams their commitment to GVBL should take first priority. If a player cannot commit to this level of commitment the player should not participate and give the roster spot to someone with a higher level of commitment. There will be no exceptions.
It is expected that the cost of the GVBL Tournament Teams will vary from team to team depending on schedules/tournaments.
